Refund policy
When you make a physical purchase from 'For The Introverts', you will have 5 days from the delivered date - to inform me that you would like to return the product and then another 7 days to ship the product back to me - you must provide the tracking number once posted.
I do not offer refunds for change of mind or courier delays. The return will be at your cost; the shipping fees are not included in the refund. Once I have received the item/s back, they will be inspected to ensure no damage or wear has occurred. All tags and packaging must be in original state/attached. The item/s must be in "as sold" condition.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Blind Book Dates/Boxes.
- Clearance or Sale items.
- Digital downloads (gift cards, kindle screensavers)
- Custom or Made To Order Items (includes made-to-order preorder, as they're made for you at your request).

Please include:
- Order Number + Surname.
- Are you wanting a gift card, exchange or return?
- Reason for why.
I aim to respond to all messages within 48hours (monitored Monday - Friday only), replies may be slower during busier periods. If approved, your refund or exchange option will be issued; please allow up to 10 business days depending on your bank/the payment provider you used (PayPal, afterpay etc).
I will always try and be fair and reasonable. I am a small one person business, so please know - your support, patience, and understanding is always appreciated.
